These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kiracard mobile app ("Kiracard", the "app"), operated by Yuliy Afanasoglu, Individual Entrepreneur, registered in Tbilisi, Georgia ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Kiracard lets you scan trading cards (Japanese and English Pokemon cards) with your camera, identify them, view market price estimates, and organize them into a collection with an estimated total value.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Kiracard.
Kiracard creates an anonymous account for you automatically so your collection can be saved. You are responsible for the device and any activity under your account. Optional sign-in with Apple or Google may be offered to back up and restore your collection.
Card prices shown in Kiracard are estimates aggregated from third-party sources. They are provided for informational purposes only, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and do not constitute financial, investment, or appraisal advice. Prices are not an offer by us to buy or sell any card. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on this information.
You agree not to: - use the app for any unlawful purpose; - attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems; - scrape, resell, or redistribute data from the app except as expressly permitted.
We may apply reasonable usage limits (for example, a number of free scans) and may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
The Kiracard app, its name, logo, and design are owned by us. Card names, images, and related content are the property of their respective rights holders (including Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., and The Pokemon Company). Kiracard is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those rights holders. Price data belongs to its respective providers.
The app relies on third-party services (recognition, analytics, catalog and price data, subscriptions). We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy of recognition or price data, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on price estimates or from use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
